GTA 5 ist noch immer nicht in Sicht. PC-Spieler dürfen aber jetzt immerhin dafür sorgen, dass GTA 4 durchaus atemberaubend aussieht. Die Mod iCEnhancer in Version 1.2 macht es möglich. Die GST Redaktion zeigt euch mit Screenshots und Videos, wie sie aussieht und wie ihr sie installiert.

Der iCEnhancer für GTA 4 liegt derzeit in Version 1.2 vor und bietet auf dem PC eine Grafik, an die wohl selbst GTA 5 bei Release nicht heranreichen dürfte. Der iCEnhancer ersetzt die ENBSeries-Mod und spendiert GTA 4 zahlreiche neue Grafik-Features - vor allem das Lighting ist teilweise atemberaubend. Die Mod läuft derzeit allerdings nur unter Patch 1.0.4.0 oder Patch 1.0.0.4. Die neueste Version der Mod (1.2.5) befindet sich derzeit in der Beta-Phase und soll auch mit Patch 1.0.7.0 für GTA 4 funktionieren. Der Download ist gerade einmal 2,82 MB groß. Ihr müsst den Ordner iCEHancerData auf euren Desktop kopieren und dann hinein sehen. Dann wählt ihr alle Files - auch Ordner - darin aus und kopiert sie. Geht jetzt in Den Installationsordner von GTA 4 und fügt die Dateien dort ein. Sobald ihr gefragt werdet, ob vorhandene Dateien ersetzt werden sollen, tut es. Fertig ist die Installation.
