ESL mit Regeländerungen www.esl.eu Die ESL zieht nach. Und zwar in Sachen internationaler Standard im Bereich Call of Duty 2. Das tut sie mit einem tiefgreifenden Regelupdate. Wie heute bekanntgegeben, wird ab sofort mit einer Rundenzeit von 2 Minuten, einer Strat-Time von 5 Sekunden, um den Spielern mehr taktische Tiefe zu bieten und deaktivierten Hintergrundgeräuschen, Grafiken und Nebel gespielt. Desweiteren wurde der Drop einer zusätzlichen Zweitwaffe erlaubt und die Max-FPS Zahl auf 333 beschränkt, damit Spieler mit High-End PCs keinen zu großen Vorteil erlangen. Mit diesen Änderungen will es die ESL anderen Ligen, wie zum Beispiel der Clanbase, gleichtun. Sie will die Matches interessanter gestalten und für Fernsehauftritte bei GIGA gewappnet sein. Das alles ist natürlich auch im PAM-Mod unterzubringen, der in einer modifizierten Version zum Download bereitsteht. dann kann ich ja gleich Clanbase spielen, ESL spielen wir doch wg. den 2:30 und den nicht so verhunzten Einstellungen. Wer ab und zu Funnys gegen CB´ler spielt, weiss wovon ich rede. |

Ich war übrigens entschieden dagegen  Wobei der Hauptgrund war, dass das Game dann für Giga präsentierbarer ist. Bei Clanbase sind noch einige andere Dinge erlaubt, die wir nicht machen, also keine Sorge.

So, nach dem gestrigen Match das erste Statement über die neuen Regeln: FLIEGENKACKE !!!! 2 Minuten sind wohl ganz gut für Maps wie Burgundy etc., Trainstation brauchste gar nich mehr zu spielen, viel zu gross für die kurze Zeit. Die deaktivierten Hintergrundgeräusche lassen mich immer nachschauen, ob am Rechner noch alles in Ordnung ist weils so leise is. In COD2 hat man eh schon jede Kleinigkeit gehört, jetzt hörste am Spawn schon den Gegner atmen. Kurz um: Ein Riesen Scheissdreck |
